What happened to the pictures? Exhibit A, Exhibit B
Will they ever come back? Yes and no

Fauxtography: Ahmadinejad Style?

I'm going to post this picture directly for two reasons: One, I think the image has been manipulated, and would love to hear from the rest of you as to whether or not you concur. Two, as I mentioned previously, I do not acknowledge the copyright claims of terrorists.

So, with that disclaimer in mind, I'd like for you to consider the following picture. Pay particular attention to the woman on the left—Anyone else think that the lighting on her outfit is all wrong?

The pattern looks "off" to me, too. It's either a really modern design, and thusly quite camera-surly, or Ah-maddy-jab has been following in CAIR's footsteps with one of his female relatives.

As always, feel free to sound off in the comments, whether you agree or not.

Daily Dictator

Gee, such harsh rhetoric from someone who CNN glowingly referred to as a "populist."

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad delivers his speech at the Science and Industry University in Tehran, Monday, Nov. 12, 2007. Ahmadinejad on Monday called critics of his country's disputed nuclear program 'traitors' and vowed to expose their collaboration with Iran's enemies, state media reported. (AP Photo)

I can't quite put my finger on it, but he's saying something that sounds oddly familiar.

Looks like Spongebob Dictatorpants has something of an affinity for Canon cameras.

This can be an ad for Cannon, “So easy, even Ahmadinejad can do it!”. Actually, it is not. Ahmadinejad paid a visit to the Islamic Republic News Agency, IRNA. To have more fun with IRNA, see how IRNA used the picture of an American airplane team as an Iranian one in here. (Courtesy Kamangir)

Update: Click on the picture to zoom, by the way. I figured that y'all were smarter than Maddyjab, and didn't put that in initially!

Update x2: Here's some PHOTOSHOP FODDER for you, if you're interested in having some fun!

Freedom of the Press, Iranian-Style

It would seem that the tiny tin-pot tyrant has officially taken over the Islamic Revolutionary News Agency, the official news agency of the Iranian government. No word on how this will affect their already ridiculous coverage.

He's crazy for the news! (REUTERS/Morteza Nikoubazl)

Daily Dictator, Saved by the Mullahs Edition

It looks like our pal Mahmud Ahmadinejad will not be ending his term anytime soon as the dictator duly-elected President of the Terrorist Peaceful Republic of Nukes Iran. (That sure took some editing!)

"Yes, is glorious day! Praise Yahweh!"

It really is turning out to be a glorious week for dictators everywhere...

Daily Dictator

... and in a continuation of our earlier Noocleear Day festivities, it appears that Jim over at Gateway Pundit has beaten me to the punch yet again (Curses!) in pointing out that Iran's little tinpot dictator has announced that Iran has entered the nuclear age.

"Yes, we'd like to announce that we're selling doves cheap."

Is this announcement for real? Is it merely propagandistic hype? It's too early to say for sure—but at least the pictures are sure to be terrific! Stay tuned for more of today's Nuclear! festivities. Continue reading »
