Water: Still Wet

Sky: Still Blue

Denmark: Still caving in to their new overlords.

Oh yeah, and another "Quiet Riot" goes completely ignored by most of the press.

So what else is new?

Carefully orchestrated chaos?

How's that "integration" going, Europe?
The Infidel Bloggers Alliance is reporting that the current Muslim rioting in Europe is being carefully planned and coordinated. That includes the completely undescribable "youths" burning buses in Paris and the other "youths" who are "ambushing" fire brigades in Brussels. Britain may also be getting ready for some carefully-orchestrated unrest.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: If Europe doesn't wake up soon, it'll be lost forever.

It does seem that someone at the Telegraph might be getting a clue, but I'm not getting my hopes up yet. The forces of political correctness are far too strong to be defeated yet... (h/t Little Bulldogs)

The Religion of Peace (and burning Belgium?)

... in other news, Belgium is concerned about "religious tensions" breaking out in rioting.

Let me guess: Those dastardly Christians will be rioting and firebombing Brussels again? Or will those sinister young Hasidic Jews be setting fire to buses?

Gimme a break. This is what you get when you don't stand up for your own culture, idiots! Enjoy your trip down the tubes, Europe. It's going to be a fast ride to the bottom.

The New French Revolution?

Is this the beginning of the end for France? It sure seems like France is heading for membership in the Caliphate fairly quickly at this point.

Mixing rap music with memories of France's revolutionary past, youths from poor neighborhoods of largely Muslim and African descent marched through Paris on Wednesday to present a collection of 20,000 complaints to lawmakers.

Good Lord, that's a LOT of complaints. What's the matter? Is the Government not giving you whiny turds awful hooligans distinguished Frenchmen a large enough slice of Gub'mint Cheese?

If you awful people wonderful examples of peace would put as much time into making employment for yourselves as you do complaining about your supposed mistreatment, you'd all be fairly wealthy by now.

Here's my new proposed motto for the French Caliphate: "France: What else did you expect from the country that invented socialism?"

More quiet riots

While the press is starting to report on rioting in France, the story still does not appear to be worthy of major front-page coverage. On the blogosphere, there are a number of blogs covering it in detail, which I'll list below.

Brace yourself, though, because the chairman of the UK's Commission for Racial Equity (has any such commission ever done one iota of good?) is warning that recent tensions over muslim veils will lead to rioting in England.

Shouldn't the Government of the Crown be more concerned about preventing such riots, rather than holding them over the heads of the English populace like some looming threat?

France toughens penalties for attacks on police

Actual French firing squad.
... by which they mean the police won't run away and cower any more. At least, not within the first 10 seconds.

Europe has zero clues about how to deal with criminals. No wonder they're being overrun!

No hate crime here...

Muslims Tortured, Killed Boy In Scotland “For Being White” (h/t Sweetness & Light)

He was forced face down into the back of a silver Mercedes, threatened with a knife and told there was a gun in the car as he was driven off after being snatched from the street "because he was white".

Those poor, oppressed Muslims and their fancy cars!

Wah wah, discrimination

LGF has more on the latest muslim rage. It's nice to know that the leader of the House of Commons in the English Parliament has no right (according to MPACUK) to comment on Muslim affairs.

Uh, what country do said "Muslims" live in?

That's right! England. Which would be under the jursidiction of the Parliament.

An update on French dhimmitude

Sarkozy has a headache.
As we've previously reported, the French are seeing a spate of violence these days, perhaps corresponding to the month of Ramadan. (update: It's been going on far too long for it to be such a simple explanation...)

Here's an update from The Telegraph (via FR), which reveals that an average of 14 police officers are injured by rampaging mobs every day!

C'est la vie, non?

Nope, there doesn't seem to be anything to

"Homies" in Preston.
...reports that Ramadan is the month of Rioting.

It seems that, in addition to our recent troubles in Brussels and Paris x2 (h/t Larwyn), we're now seeing some rioting in England (h/t FreeRepublic), after some youths (unidentified in the article) threw stones at cars parked outside of a mosque. This was enough of a spark for the 200 people inside to come out and "defend" those under attack, apparently so vehemently that ambulances were turned back due to the police feeling that it was too dangerous to let them enter the scene.

A mother-of-three, 33, from Clarendon Street, said: "It's getting ridiculous and for the past two nights there's been fighting."

Could this have been kicked off by a racial attack? Perhaps.

Could it also have been instigated by muslims hostile to whichever mosque this was? Sure.

It also could've been an act of senseless prank and violence by a bunch of yobs, who are not exactly uncommon to England.

The timing of this latest riot is definitely curious, in light of our previous two episodes. These riots appear totally coordinated on the surface, based on the fact that they occur in European cities, at roughly the same time. Is there some group testing Europe's resolve in responding to large-scale rioting? Is this a test to see how the world will react?

Whatever the case, I'm sure we won't be hearing any details about this case unless and until it's determined that the stone-throwing yobs are without a doubt lilly-white. If the perps are any other race, this story will be buried faster than John Mark Karr's criminal prosecution.

Update 18:07 EST: Richard from EUReferendum writes to point out that Preston is the Race Hate capital of England. Perhaps there is nothing more to this story than a bunch of drunk hooligans throwing stones?

Update 3-Oct-2006 10:18 EST: Yeah, I think I'm ready to call it on this story. There isn't really anything unusual about violence in a violent area. So, to adjust the title,

Maybe there IS something to
Nope, there doesn't seem to be anything to...

...reports that Ramadan is the month of Rioting.

At least, not in Preston, England.

"Curses, foiled again!"

Update 11:50 EST: (Hello again, LGF readers!) France may still be another story, so I'm still 2 out of 3.

:-)

Another unreported riot?

The Religion of Peace (and burnin' stuff!)
I wouldn't have known about it if Sweetness & Light didn't report on it.

This time, our "unidentified" youths are rioting in Versailles, France (the suburbs of Paris again—hotbeds of good ol' Socialism) due to the sheer audacity of the police—who had the utter gall to arrest some criminal peace-loving "youth" after a car chase.

If you recall last year's month of Paris is Burning, you'll remember that the rioting was kicked off by two misfits running and hiding in an electrical power station, an action which was blamed on the police who, at the time, had the audacity to actually want to chase criminals.

So, what's the response this year? 250 "youths" rampage and start to burn cars and throw stones.

Fortunately, the police were smart enough not to incite the "youths" any further, as they didn't make any arrests in connection to the unmitigated violence peace-loving incantations thrown at them by the "youths" this time around.

Here's yet another incidence of Muslim youth rioting that doesn't seem to attract any media attention.

Update 13:38 EST: Aside from the News 24 South Africa link that S&L referenced, the only reference I can find to this event is from the AFP. It should be noted that, at present, there are no photographs of these rioting "youths" on the mainstream news wires. I'll keep monitoring things to see if these "peace-loving" rioters keep it up.

Could this be leading up to another month of "Paris Burning?" We'll see.

Update 16:34 EST: The AFP story previously quoted is still the only report on this incident. Is this merely a minor scuffle? The world may never know.

Update 17:14 EST: Larwyn has brought my attention to an article on Fausta's blog detailing another attack on police by 30 unspecified "youths" in France, who fractured the skull of one of the police officers who were merely guilty of entering the heavily muslim "projects." Thanks for the tip, Larwyn!

Update 4-Oct 08:58 EST: Video courtesy LGF readers:

I'm flattered

I meant to write about this earlier, but didn't get a chance.

When browsing through my referrer list the other day, I noticed that I merited an honorable mention at the notorious net-stalker blog LGFWatch. Hooray! Maybe one day, I'll be big and important enough to merit my own -watch site.

Of course, since LGFWatch is obsessed with rebutting everything that Charles Johnson writes, and since they dinged me by proxy, I'll take a moment to defend my original story.

First and foremost, the information presented at The Brussels Journal, the site that kicked this story off, was very factual. It's curious to see that the only smear LGFWatch could use against their sourcing was that they were, by nature of their support of Euro-centric political parties, somehow tainted with fascism. Isn't that coming awfully close to invoking Godwin's Law there, good sirs? I guess this means that invocation of said law still counts as "debate" on your side of the aisle.

He then proceeds to smear Charles for claiming that the story was unreported in the media, whilst citing a Reuters report in doing so. Well, if you'll recall, I mentioned that there was only one wire report of the incident. Considering how much the media loves riot coverage, you'd think they would have the gumption to send more photographers, wouldn't you? I certainly would.

Here comes my brief moment of fame in the Rebut-o-sphere: LGFWatch proceeds to briefly cites my original article, which as those who've read it know, was pieced together from a few disjoint foreign-language sources. In fact, he even goes so far to note that my assertion that it is odd that only one report of the incident went across the wires was, well, odd, but, harumph, that in and of itself didn't imply "conspiracy."

Uh. Duh?

I couldn't have said it better myself. You'll find no such implication anywhere in the original article, and I don't see any such implication in Charles' story.

Finally, LGFWatch dismisses the entire controversy, as the Muslims are clearly within their rights while they burn down hospitals, because the evil Police injected the Moroccan prisoner with some evil, murderous drugs. (In my best hippie voice, "Yeah, maaaaan!")

Is every leftist still born with such an innate distrust of all police forces? And if that's the case, why is it that they're so supportive of the dictatorial regimes that generate the worst police states?

As I noted in my original story, the cause of death is hardly known at this point, but the coroner was very clear so far that nothing was externally wrong with the prisoner.

Why should anyone be bothered that the press is more interested in covering 19 useful idiots at the Hart Congressional office building (THREE photographers!) than they are in covering rioting Muslims (ZERO photographers)? In LGFWatch-World, there's obviously no need to mention the latter at all, which says all I need to know about them.

Now that I think about it, maybe I'm better off without my own net stalker...

Brussels back to normal, for now

The Brussels Journal is reporting that everything is back to normal in Brussels for now. Oddly enough, "normal" includes one car-burning. Are we witnessing shades of France in Belgium?

Here's the coverage on the story now:
BBC, Arabic News, People's Daily, Islamic Republic News Agency, CNN

There are still no pictures of this event on the newswires, that I've been able to find. With things returning to "normal," it's likely that the major wire services will miss out on this story completely. As usual.

I've gotten a handful of e-mails informing me that these so-called "riots" might not have been covered because it was such a small event, and therefore somehow un-newsworthy. In response, I'd say that the news agencies had no problem covering 19 people protesting at the Hart Office Building, here in DC - so why is it too much to expect them to cover 100 people burning things down?

Those "youths" are at it again

Since when is a riot not considered newsworthy?

"A car-burning of peace."
The Brussels Journal reported today (via FreeRepublic) that the third day of rioting in the Marollen district of Brussels commenced today, events which were sparked by the apparent murder of a Moroccan prisoner in a Brussels prison. What makes this story unusual is that so far, there has only been one report issued across the newswires (by Reuters) covering the events, and even though the rioting is entering its third day, not a single photographer has been dispatched to document the activities of the Muslim mob.

We have learned from reports in Belgium (which have been roughly translated via Babelfish) that the prisoner was apparently poisoned, and there were no external signs of injury on his body. The parents of the family, and subsequently the mob, blame the Belgian government for his death, but autopsy reports turned in so far have not been definitive. A more telling video documents some of the reported destruction, but I'm sure there's plenty there that's not covered as well.

In the riots, as reported by the Brussels Journal, stores have been firebombed, bus shelters have been demolished, cars have been set alight, and two Molotov cocktails were thrown into St. Peter's Hospital, which is "one of the main hospitals in central Brussels." Yet amongst all of this meleé, the Associated Press hasn't seen fit to send a photojournalist? Nor Reuters?

The wires' lack of interest in this story is telling, indeed.
