Here's an actual dialog box I encountered in Windows Vista. Not exactly the most ringing endorsement of the "improved performance" of the new operating system, considering all I wanted to do was delete the Internet Explorer icon from the Quick Launch toolbar.

Notice the caption at the top of the dialog... I'll keep my Mac, thanks.
