Snapped Shot

Always Watching the All-Seeing Eye

Riding under the bus

Wow, did someone get the number of that bus? With all that's going on in my personal life—between family, work, and the start of finals season—I've not been able to devote as much time to blogging as I'd have liked. My apologies, everyone!

In my absence, we've seen the Associated Press slowly dismantle its credibility, the Baker Report suggests that we throw the Jew down the well, the Democratic Party is working on selling us down the river... again... and last, but not least, Britney Spears revealed herself to be the skank that we already knew she was. Or something like that.

Which reminds me—what does amaze me is the amount of writing that my good friend Ali Bubba has been doing on all of these topics and more! If you've ever stopped over at Snapped Shot and have found that I'm not paying enough attention to things here, Alabamastan is always there for a good read!

Ali, how do you find time to write such in-depth but extremely witty articles? Please do share your secrets with us lesser beings, so that we too can become Unfrozen Cavemen Blogman-slash-Ninjas like you!

It's also good to see a handful of good blog friends show up on this year's Weblog Awards! My warmest congratulations to all of you, and best of luck when voting starts!

So anyway, I'll do my best to get back into blogging more seriously. I'm still pretty new to all of this stuff, so if there's anything you think I could do better, I'm always open to new ideas! Also, if any of y'all want to help by contributing articles to Snapped Shot, I'm always looking for good help!

I'd love to hear your suggestions, though—Please do consider this thread my first "open suggestion box," and use the "Comments" section below accordingly.

:-)

Here is what a handful of random people think about this article. But first, the fine print:
The opinions expressed here, even where approved for display, do not necessarily reflect the opinions of this website, the management, or any other entity or organization, with the exception of the Vast Zionist Conspiracy. Those opinions we represent in style, yo. Please keep the language in these comments clean, as this is intended to be a family-friendly, work-friendly website. Comments not compliant with this policy will be edited for content where necessary. Abusive or otherwise illegal comments will be reported to the proper authorities, up to and including the aforementioned Vast Zionist Conspiracy. The Management cannot and will not be held responsible for commenters making a spectacle of themselves, even if The Management are the said commenters in question. In other words, don't take yourself so seriously, folks. We're all here to discuss the news, and more importantly, to have fun. Now go get yourself into some OCD treatment program—you obviously need it if you actually read all of this mess.

*On the Abu Bakr report and Israel: Those old timers are living in the 1970's. Several years after the '73 war, trading land for peace actually appeared to work when Egypt recognized Israel in exchage for a return of the Sinai. Many things have happened since then that prove that nobody but Israel wants peace - not the least of which was Sadat getting whacked. Have Bakr and his crew been hibernating or reading only the Guardian? How can people be this clueless and naive? - rant...rant...
