Palestinian Security Forces building BOMB VESTS?

The Elder of Ziyon has come across what could potentially be a shocking discovery: The Palestinian National Security Force, not some shadowy group of terrorists, but an official component of the Palestinian government, might possibly be assisting in the building of bomb vests. Elder quotes a Ha'aretz story, which mentions it in passing, and while I can't say I'm shocked, it's definitely interesting to see.

(While it's possible that someone AT the Security Force is using the building as a personal construction lab, it's not unlikely that what this person was doing--even if a "hobby," so to speak--was fully known to everyone in the building.)

Many thanks to Elder for pointing this little tidbit out! I won't be holding my breath to see this covered by the international news services.

Not that the Palestinians support terrorism or anything...
