It seems that somebody at REUTERS didn't get the memo. For the record, nobody shills for ruthless dictators like al-Reuters does, and boy, are they ever proud of it! Huzzah, you scurrilous supporters of tyrants everywhere!

Castro is recovering and expected to return to power, but he may not be well enough to attend his 80th birthday celebration on December 2, the head of Cuba's National Assembly said on Friday.
