Shifting winds?

The proof is in the pudding, sir.
It appears that EUReferendum has been notified of some suspicious images from a Russian blogger. Richard seems to think that there may be something suspicious about the images, but after reviewing them, alongside the other images of the same area that went across the wire, I suspect we're just looking at different photos of air strikes on the same general area.

As soon as I am able to, I'll post all photos from this particular area to this article, so keep an eye on this space.

UPDATE 16:41: I've gathered medium-resolution originals of the photos Richard cited. Working on finding others in the news wire archives...

UPDATE 22:43: Richard at EUReferendum has done a stunning job completing the analysis of this photo. From the evidence he's presented, I definitely think the theory that these are two shots of the same explosion is entirely plausible, and I most humbly defer further discussion on the topic to him. Most excellent work, Richard! (Though, for the record, we are "Snapped Shot" - the article's title was "Shifting Winds," but it appears the template needs a bit of work :-) )
