I trapped Hugo in a teeny box.
Cue the "Sad Hulk" music: Poor Hugo won't be on the United Nations Security Council after all. Now where's ol' Abba-jabba going to run to when he feels "insulted" by the Western Hegemony next time? Not Uncle Hugo, that's for sure!

(I'm actually quite surprised at this. The Untied Nations generally has the moral fortitude of a cup of yogurt. Or maybe, a bucket of AIDS.)
