Yup, you guessed it! I'm sticking with my favorite hobby horse for now. Today's shot comes from this video, which shows us that the North Koreans share quite a bit of their "cultural heritage" with Soviet Russia:—namely, a love for the accordion, and a deep admiration for ridiculously bad lipsyncing.
