Apparently, I've been missing out on a lot of great stories out there. This, of course, is a fantastic photograph, and I came this close (gestures with my hands) to posting it here.

So why didn't I?

Uh, well, let's check out the caption a little more closely. Of course, I read that as if they were holding talks in 2005, like the bonehead I am. Silly little goose, they're holding talks right NOW, and much like Charles, I agree that any such talks are bound to end in utter failure a very positive fashion statement.

Leave it to ol Muammar though—He certainly has quite a robust sense of proper attire. If only all world leaders dressed as clownishly handsomely as he does, we'd definitely all be laughing a lot harder fighting a lot less.
