Morning edition
It's that time again! The wires are mostly buzzing with news about the latest thwarted terrorist plot.
LGF has found a great article on photojournalism ethics that outlines the long history of photographic manipulation. Dan Riehl at Newsbusters has provided some historical information on manipulation of the press, bringing back memories of the United Nations' terrorist taxi. It would also appear that L. Brent Bozell has weighed in on the fauxtography scandal. And finally, to keep us laughing, it seems that Kos is working on drumming up a fauxtography scandal of his own.
Looking over the photo wires, it appears that we've been treated to a large number of rubble and devastation shots overnight. I'll be posting in-depth about that shortly, so stay tuned!
