I've bumped the site up to 14 stories per page, to try and pack more information on the front page for you to read without having to page through the site quite as much. I hope you don't mind, but if you find that things just take too long to load, just let me know and I'll do my best to fix it!

Also, and I don't mean this as any offense to my Old Dominion and Moronosphere friends, but my internal statistics show that the Blogrolling javascript is responsible for a vast majority of the delay in loading the site. I've disabled both plugins for now, while I think of some other way that I can put those esteemed blog groups back on my blogroll.

(Let me know if it makes the site run a lot faster for you. It really seems to be humming along much better for me.)
