Whoopi Goldberg fears becoming a slave again (like, she was ever one in the first place).

But fear not, Whoopi! Kind, unprejudiced, white liberals like Barbara Walters will take care of you! Why, they'll provide all the grits, collards and chicken you want, and they'll pay you a fair day's wage for all your hard cotton-picking plantation work!

But, bigoted, southern, white folk like myself won't. I'm too busy clinging to my guns & blogs to own slaves. And what Republican wants to deal with all that ACLU crap anyways? I'll pick my own damn cotton!

NewsBusters has the transcript of McCain demanding the re-institution of slavery while Whoopi shivers with fear that her past nightmares may again become a reality.

If you give her the benefit of the doubt that being a strict constructionist will bring back slavery (pardon me while I have a seizure), how does her comment that it was a logical question because the constitution was changed?

Is she asking, will slavery be brought back by strict constructionist because they will remove that anti-slavery amendment?

Or, is she asking if ... is she... zzz .zf.. lfsdl. ..sdfoi.fjaslk. alsjdf aldjdslkf alsjdf lskjf fskfl?

(sorry, had another seizure again)

And, even Babaya Wawa supported that idea as well. And then was forgiven by her highly insensitive remark (for a conservative person to make).

To me, woopy knows what she is doing. She knows about this. She knows that by bringing this stuff up, she will inflame the idiots on the left and drive them to further ignorance (and thus keep her show's ratings up).

If a repub or let alone a Conservative, make such a similar concern, they would be drummed out as a lunatic fringe and attacked day and night for being a scare-monger.
