Update: Joke which occurred to me hours after the fact (yeah, that really is the norm for me)—Cinder blocks make bad dumbbells. Old guys who think they're Chuck Norris make great ones!

Or something to that effect. You've gotta work with me here, it's Friday before the beach! ;-)
