What are you thankful for during Memorial Day

I just happened to be watching the Military Channel this Saturday of the Memorial Day Weekend. As some people head out to the lake like lemmings in order to leave the sardine life and camp together in the sardine life, I took the time to think of what I was thankful for during this Memorial Day weekend.

I would like this post to highlight what military hardware that you are thankful for that has provided unabashed and renowned life-saving or war-winning achievements.

I will start this off with something that I am thankful for. I am thankful for the C-130 Hercules airship.

I would also like to suggest the Sherman Battle Tank of WW2. Despite it being inferior to the Nazi tanks of the time, its speed and production overcame its obstacles.
