Always Watching the All-Seeing Eye

Happy Monday, Y'all!

I'm definitely not awake yet, so until I can get enough coffee in me to function, here's a little upcoming bundle of joy from Japan's Van Halen:

I was delighted to get a chance to meet these guys way back in 2006, when they came to the U.S. for their first tour here in almost 20 years. Hopefully, they'll be back soon—though until such time, I'm always happy with a new release.

Anyway, it's time to scare up some coffee, and get caught up in Ye Olde Newsreader. I'll be back soon!

Here's more of Akira's awesome fretwork, if you need more LOUD.

Now go get yourself into some OCD treatment program—you obviously need it if you actually read all of this mess.

*Dude! M.Z.A.!! \m/ I must have played that "Beast From The East" LP more than 1,000 times in 1984. I worked for radio station KNAC 105.5 in Long Beach from '87 - '92 and met these guys once. They were very cool, and down-to-earth. I was amazed at how well they all spoke English for a band that had such small appeal here in the States. I am not surprised that these guys are still able to get together to write, record, and tour, and still have such a huge following in Japan and even in Scandanavia. Thanks for the Akira riffs.

*YS,

I'm very glad to see another Loudness fan out there—or at the very least, someone else who knows who Loudness is! :-)

Regards, and MZA!
