Always Watching the All-Seeing Eye

Happy Friday, Y'all!

My apologies for the army of crickets over here today, but I'm getting wrapped up in some good old-fashioned business development stuff at work. In the meantime, here's a delightful little ray of fun, courtesy Vivian Paige:

These men are installing and setting solid steel pillars in concrete to stop vehicles from parking on the pavement outside a sports bar in downtown Norman, Oklahoma.

They’re cleaning up at the end of the day.

I won't spoil the punchline—Hop on over here if you haven't figured it out yet.

Update: Yeah, yeah—see the comments. It was a cute idea, anyway.

Curses, foiled again!

Here is what a handful of random people think about this article. But first, the fine print:
The opinions expressed here, even where approved for display, do not necessarily reflect the opinions of this website, the management, or any other entity or organization, with the exception of the Vast Zionist Conspiracy. Those opinions we represent in style, yo. Please keep the language in these comments clean, as this is intended to be a family-friendly, work-friendly website. Comments not compliant with this policy will be edited for content where necessary. Abusive or otherwise illegal comments will be reported to the proper authorities, up to and including the aforementioned Vast Zionist Conspiracy. The Management cannot and will not be held responsible for commenters making a spectacle of themselves, even if The Management are the said commenters in question. In other words, don't take yourself so seriously, folks. We're all here to discuss the news, and more importantly, to have fun. Now go get yourself into some OCD treatment program—you obviously need it if you actually read all of this mess.

*That isn't Norman, Oklahoma.
People laying out fresh concrete or tile slabs do not wear those silly reflective jackets around here.

And, as the commenters on that site suggested, those signs are not in Norman. As well, Norman does not have roads that look like that either.

Also, Norman does not have CCTV to take pics like this.

If this was a true pic, then those posts are removable. They have pins on the bottom to allow traffic through. You see them all the time around college campuses that block off sidewalks to all but the college vehicles. they are special don't ya know.

*I agree. This looks like the Netherlands to me. Certainly NOT anywhere in the US.
