Always Watching the All-Seeing Eye

Gratitude?

I'm not exactly sure what to make of this:

An Afghan carpet seller collects the useless thread of a small hand-made carpet featuring the attacks of September 11, 2001 on the World Trade Center at his shop in Kabul, Afghanistan on Monday, Sept. 10, 2007. (AP Photo/Musadeq Sadeq)

At least this second one looks more like a commemoration:

Now go get yourself into some OCD treatment program—you obviously need it if you actually read all of this mess.

*My first blush.. Horrendous.

Second... if they can't even agree on how to spell September, then I can't take them seriously. First attempt - Septemo. Second attempt - Septem.

The second carpet looks like a large sword going through the twin towers and a large drop of blood coming off its handle.

I say, show this off to our service men over there and see if they are happy to see it hanging out in the open.

*Gosh, I bet the tourists snap these up like hot cakes. I wonder if you can order them online.
